- Where can I do my Christmas shopping?
You can shop online on our website, or in one of our Mousqueton shops. It's the perfect opportunity to take a shopping spree around town, and immerse yourself in the luminous atmosphere of Christmas!
- Do you offer click & collect?
You can choose to have your online order delivered to your nearest store thanks to our in-store delivery service. In addition, we offer an online reservation system that lets you reserve an item already available in store, so you can try it on before you buy!
- Is it possible to pay in instalments on the site?
Are you on a tight budget for the festive season? Don't panic: you can pay in 2 or 3 instalments free of charge on our site, thanks to the Alma payment solution.
- What are the delivery times?
Consult our delivery details to learn more about delivery times in the European Union and worldwide.
- What are the return times?
Return times have been extended for the holidays! Until January 15, 2025, you can return items ordered online that are not to your liking.
- Do you offer gift cards?
Would you like to offer something to someone close to you, but can't make up your mind? It's possible to request a gift card in-store, which can be used both online and in-store. And by the end of November, the gift card will also be on sale on the website.
