How can I get information about my items?

On the product description page, you’ll find a section with detailed information about the fit, material, features, and more. You can also ask your question via our contact form or by reaching out directly to customer service at [email protected]

I need help choosing the right size.

You’ll find all the information you need to help you determine your size on the Size Guide page at https://mousqueton.eu/en/content/13-size-guide. Be sure to carefully review all the information on the garment’s product page. We also include tips and information about the fit there.

Gift Card

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can treat your loved ones with a Mousqueton gift card.

Is the gift card valid in Mousqueton stores?

Our gift cards are valid in Mousqueton stores and on the mousqueton.eu website. They can be used in multiple transactions.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 1 year, starting the day after purchase in-store or online.

How do I use my gift card?

When you make your purchase, you will receive your gift card and a code via email. To use it in-store, simply provide the gift card code when you check out. To use it on the website, simply enter the gift card code in the “I have a promo code” field during the checkout process.

I haven't received my gift card code?

An email containing your gift card code will be sent to you approximately 30 minutes after purchasing the gift card.

Payment

I would like to know if my payment is secure.

ll purchase transactions are conducted securely and encrypted using SSL protocol. In the URL https://mousqueton.eu/en/cart, the ‘S’ in https stands for Secure.

I would like to know how PayPal payments work.

To use this payment solution, with or without a PayPal account, please visit https://www.paypal.com.

I can't validate my payment, why?

If you encounter difficulties with your online payment, we recommend contacting our customer service by phone at +33 2 97 49 93 02 or by email outside of opening hours at [email protected]. We will assist you in finalizing your purchase.

How can I find out why my payment was declined ?

We recommend contacting your bank to inquire about their terms and conditions regarding online transactions. This will help you identify the issue.

Can I pay in installments?

On our website, we offer the ALMA installment payment plan for your order. You can select this payment method during the checkout process.

Promotional Offers

How do I redeem my promotional offer/gift code ?

MOUSQUETON occasionally offers promotional codes. To use a code, simply enter it in the “I have a promo code” field when checking out. The discount will be applied immediately to your order.

What should I do if my promotional offer/gift code isn't working?

If your promotional offer isn’t working, please check the terms and conditions of the offer. Some offers are valid only outside of sales periods or on orders exceeding a certain amount. Also, be sure to check the validity period of your offer. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact customer service at +33 2 97 49 93 02.

Tracking and Delivery

Delivery Methods

What shipping methods are available?

- For shipments within France, delivery is handled by La Poste via the So Colissimo service or by Chronopost. In-store pickup at Mousqueton is also available.

- For international shipments, particularly to European Union countries, Mousqueton ships via Chronopost. Deliveries to other countries are handled by DHL or FEDEX.

Do you offer a click & collect service?

Yes! You can place an order on our website and have it delivered to one of our Mousqueton stores. In-store delivery is free!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

- With the Colissimo service, La Poste delivers within France in 48 to 72 hours.

- For international shipments, delivery times depend on the service used and the destination.

What are the shipping costs?

- For mainland France, shipping costs are €5 for relay point delivery and €7 for home delivery. Shipping is free for orders over €50 at a relay point and over €80 for home delivery. Express delivery: €9.

- For the European Union: €9 to a Chronopost pickup point (free for purchases of €75 or more, delivery within 48–72 hours) and €10 for home delivery (free for purchases of €100 or more, delivery requiring a signature).

- For the United Kingdom: £10.80 for home delivery via a specialized carrier (free for orders of £100 or more). Delivery requires a signature.

- For the United States: $61 USD for home delivery via a specialized carrier (free for orders of $150 USD or more). Delivery requires a signature.

- For Canada: $50.40 CAD for home delivery via a specialized carrier (free for orders of $100 CAD or more). Delivery requires a signature.

- For Switzerland: €15 for home delivery via a specialized carrier (free for orders of €100 or more). Delivery within 3 to 4 days, delivery requires a signature.

- For the Rest of the World (excluding the EU and French overseas departments and territories): €30 for home delivery via a specialized carrier (free for orders of €300 or more). Delivery requires a signature.

Please note: For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, and French overseas departments and territories), customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The Mousqueton Brand

Where is your company located?

Our company is based in Plescop, near Vannes, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. We have seventeen stores located in western France.

Are your clothes made in France?

While Mousqueton clothing is conceived and designed in Plescop near Vannes, it is not manufactured on-site. Our collections are produced by manufacturing partners located in France, Europe, and Asia.

Are your clothes "organic" or "eco-friendly"?

Since 2020, Mousqueton has been developing lines made from more environmentally friendly materials (organic cotton, recycled materials).

My Account

How do I create my customer account?

To create an account on our website, simply enter an email address and a password on the “Create My Account” page. If you had an account prior to summer 2022, you will need to create a new one.

Loyalty Program

How do I join the loyalty program?

As soon as you place your first online order, you will automatically be enrolled in the loyalty program and begin earning points.

I returned an order that included a loyalty discount.

If you receive a refund, you will be refunded the amount of your item minus the portion of the loyalty discount that was applied. The non-refundable portion will be credited to you in points

Returns, Exchanges, and Claims

I would like to make a return.

Log in to your customer account > Order History > DETAILS > Request a return by checking the item you wish to return. A return label will be available under PRODUCT RETURN after approval (within 24 hours, excluding weekends).

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges. We invite you to place a new order, and we will refund the item that does not suit you.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will refund you within 10 business days after our returns department has received your package.

Can I get a refund or return my order from abroad?

The same procedure applies to orders from abroad. It is very important to declare your parcel as "returned goods" to avoid incurring customs charges.
