- I was already a customer but I haven't ordered since summer 2022, my login and password are no longer working.
In this case, you will need to create a new account on this website. Your address and login details will not be saved, but your loyalty points will be! Create your account now with the same e-mail address as before, and your loyalty points will be re-credited within a few minutes.
- I can't find my addresses in my account. Is this normal?
Yes, once you've created your new account, you'll need to re-enter your delivery addresses if you had more than one.
- Can I retrieve my in-store purchase history?

- I'd like to reserve an item in store. Is this possible?

From the item’s page, select your color and size. Click on the "add to cart" button or choose e-booking in store.
- How can I find out more about my items?
On the item description page, you'll find a description dedicated to precise information on cut, material, details, etc.

- I need help choosing the right size.
On the "Size guide" page, you'll find all the information you need to help you determine your size.

Gift card
- Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can offer a Mousqueton gift card to your loved ones.
- Is the gift card valid in Mousqueton stores?
Our gift cards are valid in Mousqueton stores and on the Mousqueton website. It is possible to use them in several instalments.
- How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 1 year, starting the day after purchase in store or online.
- How do I use my gift card?
When you make your purchase, you'll receive your gift card and a code by e-mail.
- To use it in-store, simply enter the gift card code at the checkout.
- To use it on the website, simply enter the card code in the “Have a promo code?” box at the cart stage.
- I haven't received my gift card code.
An e-mail containing your card code will be sent to you approximately 30 minutes after your gift card purchase.
Payment
- I would like to know if my payment is secure.
All purchase transactions take place in a confidential and encrypted environment thanks to the SSL protocol. In the url https://mousqueton.eu/en/cart, the “s” in https stands for Secure.
- I would like to know how Paypal payment works.

- Why can't I validate my payment?

- How can I find out why my payment was refused?
We invite you to contact your bank to find out about its terms and conditions for Internet transactions. This will help you identify the problem.
- Can I pay in installments?
On our website, we offer you the ALMA multi-installment payment solution for your order. At the payment stage, you can choose this payment method.
Promotional offers
- How can I benefit from my promotional offer/gift code?
MOUSQUETON occasionally offers promotional codes. To use this code, simply copy it into the "Have a promo code?" space when validating your cart. The discount will be applied immediately to your cart.
- What should I do if my promotional offer/gift code doesn't work?
If your promotional offer doesn't work, please check the terms and conditions of the offer. Some offers are only valid outside sales or on carts over a certain value. Please also check the validity period of your offer. If you have any problems, please contact customer service on +33 2 97 49 93 02.
Delivery / Reception
- What delivery methods are available?
For deliveries in France, the service is provided by La Poste via the So Colissimo formula or by Chronopost. In-store delivery is also possible.
For deliveries outside France, in particular to European Union countries, Mousqueton uses Chronopost. Deliveries to other countries are made by DHL or FEDEX.

- What delivery methods are available?
For deliveries within mainland France, there are various delivery options:
- At home without signature
- At home with signature
- In a relay point of your choice near your home
You can choose this delivery option after confirming your cart and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale.
It is also possible to collect your parcel from a Mousqueton store or the factory outlet in Plescop, at the brand's head office.
For deliveries outside of mainland France, only the "home delivery" option is available, with delivery of the parcel on signature.
Would you like to make a gift or simply have your order delivered to a location other than your home? You can specify a different delivery address when choosing your delivery method. We'll take this into account during shipment, and your order will be delivered directly to this address.

- Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, you can order online and have your order delivered to one of our Mousqueton stores. You can choose your preferred store when selecting your delivery method. Good news: in-store delivery is free!
- How quickly will my order be delivered?
With the Colissimo service, La Poste delivers in France within 48 to 72 hours.
Outside France, delivery times depend on the service used and the destination.
To track your parcel, please go to your customer area in your order tracking section. For information on delivery times, please contact customer service by e-mail at [email protected].
- What are the delivery costs?
For mainland France, shipping costs are €5 for delivery to a pick-up point and €7 for home delivery. Please note that shipping is free for purchases over €50 for delivery to a pick-up point and over €80 for home delivery. Express delivery with a signature costs €9.
For international deliveries, shipping costs vary according to destination. Please consult the dedicated page for more information.
When you select the delivery option in the shopping cart, we will indicate the delivery cost of your purchase.
- Can I send or receive my order abroad?
You can send your order abroad. Mousqueton delivers to over 160 countries.
When registering your order, you will be asked to enter your delivery address. You will then have access to a list of countries from which you can select your delivery country.

- Are your clothes made in France?
Although Mousqueton garments are imagined and designed in Plescop, France, they are not manufactured on site. Our collections are produced by manufacturing partners in France, Europe and Asia.
Aware of the importance of finding new partners in France, Mousqueton has been working for several years with textile factories specialized in knitwear and located in Brittany and Normandy.

- Are your clothes "organic" or "ecological"?
Since 2020, Mousqueton has been developing collections in more environmentally-friendly materials. A collection in organic cotton was launched in 2021 and is steadily growing. For autumn and winter, a recycled material is used to design our collection of fleece and down jackets.
In addition to the use of these materials, Mousqueton attaches particular importance to the use of natural materials such as cotton and ramie.

- Can I buy a Mousqueton product in a store near me?
You can find our products in one of our Mousqueton stores located throughout Brittany and the West of France. We also have a clearance store in Plescop.

- Are there any sales outlets abroad?

Customer account
- How do I create my customer account?
To create your account on our website, simply enter your email address and password on the "Create an account" page.
If you had an account on our previous website (before summer 2022), it is not recognized anymore. You need to create a new account. By using the same email address, your loyalty points will be automatically transferred to your new account.
- I've already created an account in a Mousqueton store. Can I connect to my account on the website?
Yes, it's easy! We invite you to create a customer account on our website with the same e-mail address as the customer account created in a Mousqueton store. After a few minutes, you'll be able to find your purchase history and loyalty points in your online customer account.
- How is my personal data managed?
The protection and respect of your personal data are managed in accordance with French law. You therefore have :

Loyalty program
- How do I join the loyalty program?
As soon as you place your first online order, you'll automatically benefit from the loyalty program and start collecting points. Find out more about the loyalty program on the dedicated page.
- I received a loyalty voucher by e-mail. How can I use it?
The voucher received by e-mail contains a promotional code that can be used on the website and in store. To find out how to use this voucher, visit our "Loyalty program" page.
- I've returned an order with a loyalty voucher.
When using a loyalty voucher, the discount is divided between each item in proportion to its price. In the event of a refund, you will receive the amount of your item minus the portion of the loyalty discount applied to your item. The part of the discount not refunded will be returned to you in loyalty points on your customer account.

- How can I track my order?
You can track your order in the "Order history" section of your account.
- How can I track my refunds/exchanges?
To track your exchanges and refunds, please go to the "Order history" section of your account.
- I haven't received confirmation of my order by e-mail. Is it registered?
As soon as your order has been confirmed, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please check that this automatic e-mail is not in your spam folder.
You can also check that your order has been registered in your account.
Delivery
- I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you haven't received your order, the first thing to do is check your account. In the "Order history" tab, you can check that your order has been processed and track your package.
Delivery time for France is 48 to 72 hours, and 3 to 4 days for Europe.
If you wish to collect your order from a retailer or post office, La Poste will inform you by e-mail as soon as your parcel is available at the selected pick-up point. Remember to check your spam folder in your mailbox a few days after placing your order.
- Who can I contact if I have a comment or question about my delivery?
Mousqueton has an after-sales service. You can contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +33 2 97 49 93 02. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, CET.

Exchange / Refund
- The product does not meet my expectations.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

- I would like to make a return.
Please log in to your customer account on our website. Click on "Order history", then on "Detail" and finally make your return request by ticking the item that doesn't suit you. You will then need to wait for our customer service department to validate your return (maximum 24 hours, except weekends). Your return form will then be available in your customer account under "Merchandise returns". You can now print it out and slip it into your return parcel.
Please return the item in its packaging and with its labels. Please note that the cost of returning your item to our warehouse is your responsibility. For more information on how to return an item, please see our Returns page.
- Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. We invite you to place a new order on our website to receive the new item you require. We will refund you for the article that does not suit you.
- Can I return my item to the store?
Returns for exchange or refund are possible in all Mousqueton stores. However, you cannot return your parcel to a store that resells the brand. Only Mousqueton stores can accept your return. See the complete list here.
- Can I return an item I bought in store?
You've discovered us on a weekend or vacation and your item no longer suits you when you get home? Don't panic, you can return items purchased in-store by mail within 30 days.
To do so, please contact our customer service department via our contact form, specifying the item to be returned, the place of purchase and providing proof of purchase. If you have a customer account, you can view your in-store purchases in your account. Our customer service team will get back to you to validate your return.
- What should I do if the item I receive is faulty or damaged?
If the item received is faulty or damaged, you need to follow the same procedure as for a return, i.e. inform us of the problem by e-mail or telephone, or make your return request on your customer account, specifying why the item is faulty. If you contact us by e-mail, please attach a photo of the defect to help us identify the problem more quickly. Please wait for our approval and instructions before sending your return package.
- How long does it take to get my money back?
We will refund you within 10 working days of your package being picked up by our returns department. We use the same payment method as for the original transaction. For more information on refund conditions, please see our Returns page.
- Can I get a refund or return my order from abroad?
The same procedure applies to orders from abroad. It is very important to declare your parcel as "returned goods" to avoid incurring customs charges.
