To return your order, please note that you must send it back within fourteen days. This period begins the day you receive your order.

1. How do I request a return?

  • Log in to your customer account on our website
  • Click on Order History, then on DETAIL
  • Make your returns request 
  • Wait until our customer service department validates your return (max. 24 hours, except at weekends).
  • Find your returns form on Merchandise returns
  • Print your returns form and slip it into your returns parcel

Please note: no return label will be issued. It is only the returns slip that accompanies your items. 

2. How do I return my item?

Go to the post office to frank your parcel.
→ You are responsible for the cost of returning your item to our warehouse.

Returning an item from another country ?

For returns from abroad, please declare your parcel as "returned goods" to avoid customs charges.

3. Refund of your item

We will inform you by e-mail that we have received your item at our warehouse.
We will reimburse you within 10 working days of your parcel being picked up by our returns department. We use the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not carry out exchanges. We invite you to place a new order on our website to receive the new item you require. For our part, we will refund you for the item that does not suit you.

The item has a defect

If the item you have just received has a defect upon receipt of the package, we will repair, exchange or refund the product. 
We invite you to contact customer service to check the defect on your product.
In this special case, Mousqueton supports any shipping and return costs.
