Order process

The user can place an order on the MOUSQUETON website after having identified themselves, either by creating a new account, or by logging in using their login and password.
Contractual information is presented in French.

When using third-party authentication services (Google Connect or Sign in with Apple), the User is informed that choosing anonymization options (masking the email address or name) will result in the creation of a separate, encrypted customer profile. The Company cannot be held liable for the inability to link an order to an existing account or to accumulate loyalty benefits if the User has chosen different or anonymized identification methods from one order to another.

Any order implies acceptance of the general conditions, prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Validation therefore implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
MOUSQUETON reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

Order confirmation

An order summary will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been validated and payment has been received.

Shipment confirmation

A notification will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. This email contains your parcel number and the invoice attached.

Proof of transaction

The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of the company “MOUSQUETON” in reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.

Product availability

The products offered on our site are in principle all available. However, as our stocks change daily, we cannot guarantee that all the products in your order will still be available when you place your order.
In spite of our vigilance, if products are out of stock (permanently or temporarily), we undertake to inform you by e-mail within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of your order.
However, if you choose to cancel your order within the time limit, we will refund you within a maximum of 30 days to the account that was used for the original order.

Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT, and do not include delivery costs or any customs clearance fees (for deliveries outside the European Union), which remain your responsibility. Delivery costs are indicated at the end of the order as an addition to the price of the selected products. Shipping costs are charged in addition. The amount is calculated based on the country or region (DOM-TOM) of destination and the mode of transport chosen by the customer.

MOUSQUETON is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about these, it is your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities in the country of delivery.

MOUSQUETON reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time of the User's order.

The products remain the property of MOUSQUETON until full payment has been received.

You will be asked for your bank details again when you make a new transaction on the site. You are thus doubly protected against abuse and fraud.

Delivery errors

The user must notify MOUSQUETON on the day of delivery, or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, of any claim of error in delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

The formulation of this complaint to MOUSQUETON can be made by email to the following address: [email protected], please specify in this mail your customer number, the order number and the designation of the item concerned.
Any complaint not carried out in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release our responsibility with respect to the consumer.

Upon receipt of the claim, we will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and communicate it to the consumer by email, fax or telephone. A product can only be exchanged once the consumer has been given an exchange number in accordance with the procedure described above.
In the event of a delivery error, all returns to MOUSQUETON may be exchanged or reimbursed. The product must be returned to MOUSQUETON by prepaid return label, in its entirety and in its original packaging, and must be reported in advance by e-mail to [email protected].

Special Terms and Conditions for Returns from Countries Outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom)

1. Customs Formalities for Returns

Any product return shipped from a country outside the European Union must be accompanied by a customs declaration completed in advance by the customer with the chosen carrier.

2. Mandatory indication of the reason for the shipment (“Return of goods”)

To avoid the undue application of customs duties and taxes upon re-importation into France, the customer must:

  • Check the “Return of goods” box (“Return of goods” or “Returned goods”) on the customs declaration (CN22/CN23 postal form or the carrier’s/FedEx return slip).
  • Clearly write “RETURN OF NON-CONFORMING GOODS” or “RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND” on the shipping label and on the package.
  • Attach a copy of the original purchase invoice or the MOUSQUETON delivery slip to the outside of the package (in a clear envelope).

3. Handling of Fees Incorrectly Charged Due to a Declaration Error

If the customer does not complete this declaration correctly (e.g., by mistakenly checking the “Sale,” “Gift,” or “Other” box) and customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees are charged to MOUSQUETON upon delivery of the return, MOUSQUETON will systematically refuse to accept the package.

The package will then be returned to the sender by the carrier. All costs associated with this return, as well as the inability to inspect the returned product, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. No refund will be issued until the product has been received in accordance with the required procedure.

Exchange

The user has 14 days to request an exchange by e-mail to [email protected]. The cost of returning the item(s) is borne by the customer.

Your rights and procedures

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by telephone on +33 2 97 49 94 97, by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the following address:

  • MOUSQUETON
  • Service Retour
  • 3 rue Isabelle Autissier - ZA de Tréhuinec

  • France

Your declaration must include your name, your order or invoice number and the list of returned products.
Alternatively, you can print out and complete the returns form via your account on our website, which can be accessed directly from this page.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, all you need to do is send us your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires, i.e. within fourteen days.
This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products delivered have clearly been used for a long time (more than a few minutes), apart from the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal

You must return the goods to the following address:

  • MOUSQUETON
  • Service Retour
  • 3 rue Isabelle Autissier - ZA de Tréhuinec
  • 56890 PLESCOP
  • France

Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
In the event of your withdrawal from the present contract, we undertake to issue you with a credit note or, if you so wish, to reimburse you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the present contract, in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
If the parcel is returned of your own free will, we will reimburse the price of the product, with the cost of shipping and return remaining at your expense.
If the product is returned because we are responsible for it, we will reimburse you for the product and any shipping and return costs.
Products may only be returned in their original condition, i.e. not stained, washed, worn or damaged.
We will refund you using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

Offers with free gifts:

If you received a free gift as part of an offer requiring a minimum purchase amount (a “threshold”), returning some of your items will change the terms of the offer. If the products you decide to keep cause the final total of your order to fall below this threshold, the gift must be returned (new, unworn, and in its original packaging) along with the rest of your items.

If you choose to keep the gift even though the offer’s threshold is no longer met, MOUSQUETON will deduct its retail value (at the standard retail price listed on the website at the time of the promotion) from the total amount of your refund.
