The Mousqueton loyalty program is changing

Dear faithful sailors, we would like to inform you that the Mousqueton loyalty program will soon be renewed (from the end of March). 

Last August, the online shop Mousqueton got a new look and was accompanied by some improvements. The next step is the evolution of its loyalty program in the shop and on our website. 

Do you have a loyalty account with Mousqueton? 

We invite you to use your loyalty points on your next purchase. 

How do I know how many loyalty points I have on my account? 

On our website, go to your customer account in the "My loyalty program" section.

In shop, tell our advisor your name and your total points will be sent to you.

By our customer service, contact us via our contact form, our team will give you this information. 

I use my loyalty points

On the online shop

• Log in to your customer account 
• Put together your basket with your different items
• Click on the "Checkout" button
• Check the box "Use your loyalty program points".
• The discount is automatically applied

In shop 

• Go to the shop 
• Proceed to the checkout with your items 
• Mention your name to our account manager 
• Use your loyalty points on your ticket

What next?

Don't panic matey! You will be able to get your loyalty points back from this date onwards. However, their use will be different.
